Alex Stevenson, the founder of TheDrinkSchool, will talk you through how the taste of sense and smell work and how building a library of scents can help you become a better taster.

With six specially chosen wines to highlight the main elements found in wine Alex will teach you how to taste wine and discuss why we interact with the flavours in wine in the way we do.
